The microjet drug delivery device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first space which is sealed by being filled with pressure generating liquid a second space which is filled with drug and is connected to the outside by a micro-nozzle and an energy concentration device which generates bubbles by concentrating energy on the pressure generating liquid in the first space. In the microjet drug delivery device, at least one part of the first space and at least one part of the second space are in contact with an elastic film while the first space and the second space are separated by the elastic film.
