The present invention relates to a composition for dispersing or hydrating mucus containing poly gamma-glutamic acid, which is a biocompatible natural polymer. More specifically, the present invention relates to the composition including poly gamma-glutamic acid or poly gamma-glutamic nanogel for treating mucus hypersecretion disorders. According to the present invention, mucus which is overly secreted and has high viscosity is efficiently dispersed and hydrated. Therefore, the composition is useful for treating disorders associated with mucus.본 발명은 생체친화성 천연 고분자인 폴리감마글루탐산을 함유하는 점액분산 또는 수화용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 폴리감마글루탐산 또는 폴리감마글루탐산 나노젤을 함유하는 점액 과분비 질환 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 생체에서 과다 분비되고 높은 점성을 갖는 점액질을 효율적으로 분산(dispersion) 및 수화(hydration)시킴으로서, 점액관련 질환 질병을 치료하는데 유용하다.
