PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hadron therapy installation comprising a movable floor, providing a favorable access to a patient and being in a form of a deformable band guided by a guide structure.SOLUTION: A hadron therapy installation 1 comprises a movable floor in a form of a deformable band guided by a guide structure 10. When an irradiation unit 5 is in a first angle position α, a lower segment 8 can be drawn out from a lower storage position to a position forming a substantially horizontal floor surface, by the irradiation unit. When the irradiation unit is in a second angle position β, an upper segment 8 can be drawn out from an upper storage position to a position at least partially forming the substantially horizontal floor surface, by the irradiation unit. The lower segment and the upper segment are segments with finite length.
