The present invention relates to the treatment of malignant tumors of type 1 neurofibromatosis. According to the present invention, when an interferon-gamma is combination-treated with cisplatin or gemcitabine, an effect of a type 1 neurofibromatosis malignant tumor cell proliferation inhibitor is exhibited to be utilized as an optimal anticancer agent composition exhibiting a synergistic effect on the anticancer action of cisplatin and gemcitabine at the time of the treatment of the malignant tumors of type 1 neurofibromatosis, and in addition, the interferon-gamma can be utilized as an auxiliary treatment agent for reducing side effects through a decrease in the capacity of the anticancer agent of the cisplatin and gemcitabine.본 발명은 제1형 신경섬유종증의 악성종양 치료에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 인터페론 감마를 시스플라틴 또는 젬시타빈과 병용 처리시에 제1형 신경섬유종증 악성 종양세포 증식 억제제의 효과를 나타내는 바, 제1형 신경섬유종증 악성종양 치료 시의 시스플라틴과 젬시타빈의 항암작용에 상승효과를 나타내는 최적의 항암제 조성물로 활용할 수 있으며, 또한, 시스플라틴과 젬시타빈 항암제 용량 감량을 통한 부작용 감소의 보조치료제로서 인터페론 감마를 활용할 수 있다.
