The invention provides a fixer for hanging a feces disposable bag and a feces collector thereof. A through hole is defined at one edge of the fixer. A handle is formed at the other edge of the fixer. Pairs of notches are formed at the outer periphery of the fixer. Notches surround the through hole and each of them is disposed at an outer side of the through hole. Any pair of the notches may provide the support to hang strings of the feces disposable bag between the two corresponding notches. The extended strings make the opening of the feces disposable bag wider and the opening of the bag closer to the back of the fixer so that the through hole of the fixer communicates with the opening of the bag. A user may use the handle to catch the dog feces and the dog feces may pass the through hole of the fixer and the opening of the bag and fall into the bag. The bag received with the dog feces may be easily removed from a fixing piece and sealed at the opening to conveniently throw into a trash can. Therefore, dog feces do not fall on the ground so that the floor may keep clean. In addition, the cleaning of the dog feces becomes very easy.
