PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plant-cultivation metal wire solving the following problem in the structure of metal wire for supporting vines employed for landscaping or greening urban space in view of the fact that the urban space surrounded by artificial material such as concrete is regarded as one of causes of heat-island phenomena: metal wire goes into overheat by the solar heat and causes heat injury on the vines. SOLUTION: The plant-cultivation metal wire is formed by applying heat-shield coating film comprising acrylic paint to phase change material to coat the surface of fabricated metal wire obtained by subjecting longitudinal steal wire and vertical steal wire to resistance welding so as to be formed into a net state.
