PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic having no sticky feeing in use and an excellent feeing of grace, and excellent in continuation of the feeing of grace, stability with the elapse of time, skin stability and a feeling of use.SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic includes (A) an organic modified clay mineral, (B) an ester-based nonionic surfactant with ethylene oxide having HLB of 5-8 added thereto, (C) a nonionic surfactant having HLB of <5 which is solid at room temperature, (D) a nonionic surfactant having HLB of <5 which is liquid at room temperature, (E) waxes, (F) a humectant, (G) an oil which is different from the (E) waxes, and (H) water.
