The end area of the opened end is less than the cross-sectional area of the sleeve. The rear-section sleeve body has a hollow portion. The reflector is received in the sleeve and corresponded to the hollow portion. The reflector is intersected with a portion of the image capture area of the endoscope and divides the image capture area into a forward image capture area corresponding to the hollow portion and a lateral image capture area. The lateral image capture area is the intersected portion of the reflector and the image capture area.
