Disclosed is an infusion solution set for removing air, which comprises: an infusion solution withdrawing part for withdrawing an infusion solution from an infusion solution container； a first infusion solution inflow tube connected to a lower end of the infusion solution withdrawing part； a coupling part formed at one side or at an upper end so as to be connected to the lower end of the first infusion solution tube； a dripping container connected to a lower end of the coupling part and storing the infusion solution or a drug solution； a chemical liquid injecting part formed at one side of the coupling part or the dripping container for injecting the chemical liquid； and a second infusion tube connected to a lower end of the dripping container for transferring the infusion solution to an infusion solution needle. The infusion solution set allows a medical staff to inject a drug more promptly and safely when injecting a drug such as injections.수액용기로부터 수액을 인출하는 수액인출부, 상기 수액인출부의 하단과 연결되는 제1수액관, 상기 제1수액관의 하단과 연결되도록 일측 또는 상단에 관로가 형성되는 결합부, 상기 결합부의 하단과 연결되고, 수액 또는 약액을 저장하는 점적통, 상기 약액을 주입하기 위해 상기 결합부 또는 상기 점적통의 일측에 형성되는 약액주입부, 상기 점적통의 하단과 연결되어 상기 수액을 수액침으로 전달하는 제2수액관을 포함하는 공기 제거용 수액세트가 개시된다. 상기 수액세트는 의료진이 주사제 등의 약물을 주입할 때 보다 신속하면서도 안전하게 약물을 주입할 수 있다.
