PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which achieves compact portability, and which allows a user to obtain sense to absorbency.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 comprises: an absorber 30 a top sheet 10 arranged on a skin facing surface side of the absorber and a back sheet 20 arranged on a non-skin facing surface side of the absorber, and on the absorbent article, a first fold line FL1 and a second fold line FL2 for folding the absorbent article are formed along a longitudinal direction. The top sheet has a folding part 11 folded on a folding line 12 on each of both sides of a width direction. The folding line is positioned outside of the width direction of an outside edge of the absorber. A tip end 11E of the folding part is positioned inside of the width direction of the outside edge of the absorber.
