A base part 120 has an inclined plane 121 inclined to the support face 111. A scraping part 130 scrapes up medicine on the inclined plane 121 by rotating on the inclined plane 121 around an orthogonal axis orthogonal to the inclined plane 121. An arm part 132 includes a contact part 132t having a contact surface 132tf contacting medicine on the inclined plane 121 from a rear side in the rotation direction of the scraping part 130, at a tip side in the radial direction of the orthogonal axis.
