PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp brush having excellent brushing properties of hair and also exerting a favorable feeling to a scalp.SOLUTION: A scalp brush 10 includes plural protrusions protruding from a brush face of a base. All or some of the plural protrusions are protrusions 14, 19 including: a base part 15 including a soft part 16 made of elastomer and a hard part 17 made of synthetic resin harder than the elastomer constituting the soft part and an upper soft part 18 constituting a tip side with respect to the base part 15 and made of elastomer. The base part 15 includes alternately in an outer peripheral face circumferential direction a first face exposing the soft part and a second face exposing the hard part.
