PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device for effectively preventing a coupling body from coming off a through-hole of a target to be removed from the target, even if various external forces act to deflect a pullout prevention part of the coupling body inward.SOLUTION: The coupling body L includes: a shaft-shaped part L1 a base end side outer protruded part L2 positioned at a base end side of the shaft-shaped part a pullout prevention part L3 positioned at a tip side of the shaft-shaped part, having a tip side outer protruding part L3a with the target sandwiched between it and the base end side outer protruded part, and capable of elastically deflecting to the inside and a penetration part L3 axially penetrating the base end side outer protruded part and the shaft-shaped part from the base end in the axial direction to an inner part of the pullout prevention part. A coupling maintaining body M has a fitting insertion part M1 which can be inserted and fitted with respect to the penetration part of the coupling body from the axial base end side to at least the inner part of the pullout prevention part, and an axial middle position of a cylindrical part M1a at the fitting insertion part is an inner deflection prevention part capable of preventing inner deflection of the pullout prevention part by being positioned inside the pullout prevention part while being inserted and fitted in the penetration part.
