To facilitate dispersion of an epipastic.SOLUTION: A dispersion support system comprises: a plan creation part for creating a dispersion plan including a dilution magnification of an epipastic； a plan acquisition part which is provided on a spreader for dispersing the epipastic, and which acquires the dispersion plan created by the plan creation part； and a generator for generating the epipastic based on the dilution magnification in the dispersion plan acquired by the plan acquisition part.
