PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render a drug sparingly soluble in water a dispersion preparation, particularly relating to an intravenous drip infusion preparation.
SOLUTION: To render a drug sparingly soluble in water a dispersion preparation, the dissolution of the drug in a composition comprising an ionic fluid of a fatty acid meglumine salt, ethanol, and water as essential components would enable the formation of a good dispersion preparation even if this composition (concentrated composition) is diluted and moreover, the dispersion preparation is found to be a stable dilute preparation. Thus, this injection composition (concentrated composition) can provide a preparation product of a drug sparingly soluble in water which is stable and has good dilution.
