PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nanoparticles for drug delivery for enhancing intestinal paracellular transportation or brain blood paracellular transportation of protein drugs.SOLUTION: Each nanoparticle includes: a first component comprising at least one bioactive agent a negatively charged second component such as a poly-γ-glutamic acid and a third component comprising a low molecular weight chitosan.
