The present invention relates to a hair protective agent composition comprising: 75-80 wt% of purified water 1-5 wt% of catalase having a concentration of 0.5-1% for removing an oil component and a surfactant which may hinder reaction in hair, as an additive added in the purified water 1-3 wt% of chlorine dioxide having a concentration of 0.2-0.5% and decomposing ammonia and amines which are a similar material thereof 5-10 wt% of phosphoric acid having a concentration 7-10% and performing acid and alkali neutralization and 5-7 wt% of triphosphate having a concentration of 7-14% added to make PH 4.5-5.5 to recover a hair structure from an excessive acid PH environment when the phosphoric acid is added. According to the present invention, the hair protective agent composition produced by adding an additive in purified water effectively removes and decomposes all materials that can cause alkali PH of a chemical alkali material such as ammonia, sodium hydroxide, monoethanolamine, and triethanolamine, so dissolution and denaturing of protein in hair can be minimized and controlled.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 모발 보호제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 정제수 75~80 중량%와, 상기 정제수에 첨가하는 첨가제로서, 모발에서 반응방해가 될 수 있는 오일 성분 및 계면활성제를 제거하는 농도 0.5~1%의 카탈라아제 1~5 중량%와 암모니아와 그 유사물질인 아민류를 분해하는 농도 0.2~0.5%의 이산화염소 1~3 중량%와 산성 및 알칼리성의 중화반응을 하는 농도 7~10%의 인산 5~10 중량%와 상기 인산 첨가시 과도한 산성 PH 환경으로부터 모발 구조를 회복시키기 위해 PH 4.5~5.5가 되도록 첨가하는 농도 7~14%의 삼인산 5~7 중량%를 첨가하여서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 정제수에 첨가제를 첨가하여 조성한 모발 보호제 조성물은 모발을 퍼머하거나, 염색 및 탈색할 때의 제품에 함유된 화학적 알카리성 물질 즉, 암모니아, 수산화나트륨, 모노에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민 등의 알칼리성 PH를 유발할 수 있는 모든 물질을 효과적으로 제거 및 분해하여 모발 내의 단백질의 용해 및 변성을 최소화시킬 뿐만 아니라 단백질의 용해 및 변성을 억제하도록 하는 효과를 가지고 있다.
