A fungus identified asRhizopus oligosporus, deposited at Bioresource Collection and Research Center of Taiwan with a deposit number BCRC 930155, which is used in the productin of active elements to decrease the blood pressure. TheRhizopus oligosporusferments a medium with milk and a ferment product, which contained angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), is obtained. The present invention also discloses a food additive and medicine composition that is contained the ferment product ofRhizopus oligosporus.一種少孢根黴菌(Rhizopus oligosporus),係寄存於中華民國食品工業發展研究所,寄存編號為BCRC 930155,以及,該少孢根黴菌用以生產降血壓活性成分之用途,該少孢根黴菌醱酵一包含有哺乳動物乳汁的培養基,得到一醱酵產物,該醱酵產物含有血管收縮素轉化酶抑制劑。本發明亦揭露一種包含該少孢根黴菌之醱酵產物的醫藥組合物及食品添加物。
