PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncturing device formed of an opening in which a blood flow in the vicinity of the puncture wound is hard to be shut off even if a subject presses the periphery of the puncture wound by excessive pressing force, and provide a component measuring device.SOLUTION: A puncturing device concerning the present invention includes: a housing for defining an opening and including a contact surface where a living body surface can come in contact therewith so as to cover the opening and a puncture member for puncturing and bleeding the living body surface for covering the opening and coming in contact with the contact surface at the position of the opening.
