To provide a blood purification device excellent in economic efficiency capable of safely and sanitarily return blood even in the event of a power failure.SOLUTION: A blood purification device includes: a blood extracorporeal circulation path consisting of an artery side blood circuit, a blood purifier, and a vein side blood circuit； a blood pump provided to the artery side blood circuit； first and second dialysis fluid chambers made by a fresh dialysis fluid chamber and a used dialysis fluid chamber being sectioned with a diaphragm； and a drainage pump for discharging part of the used dialysis fluid recovered in the used dialysis fluid chamber from the blood purifier to the outside of the system. The used dialysis fluid is press-injected into the used dialysis fluid chamber of the first and second dialysis fluid chambers while preventing reverse flow to the blood purifier.
