CONSTITUTION: A neck treatment device using electric potential comprises a main body (10) which is attached to the rear surface of the neck of a user, wing bodies (20) which connect to the main body, rotate at a designated angle, and contact the side of the neck of the user, an electric potential module which is arranged inside the main body and forms an electric potential difference by power, a vibration module which is arranged inside the main body and generates vibration by power, and a low frequency wave module which is arranged inside the main body and generates low frequency wave by power.
