1. A method of treating a neoplasm in a subject, wherein said method comprises administering vinorelbine or an analogue thereof； and the introduction of HKI-272 or its analogue. ! 2. The treatment method according to claim 1, where the stages of administration are carried out simultaneously, sequentially, jointly, in a specific order or according to a specific time dependence. ! 3. The treatment method according to claim 1, where the specified vinorelbine or its analogue is administered in a single dose. ! 4. The treatment method according to claim 1, where the specified HKI-272 or its analogue is administered in a single dose. ! 5. The treatment method according to claim 1, where said vinorelbine or its analogue means vinorelbine. ! 6. The treatment method according to claim 1, where the specified HKI-272 or its analogue means HKI-272. ! 7. The treatment method according to claim 1, where one or both of these components, i.e. vinorelbine or its analogue and HKI-272 or its analogue are administered intravenously to said subject. ! 8. The treatment method according to claim 1, where one or both of these components, i.e. vinorelbine or its analogue and HKI-272 or its analogue are administered orally to said subject. ! 9. The method of treatment according to claim 1, where the specified neoplasm is associated with excessive expression or amplification of HER-2. ! 10. The method of treatment according to claim 1, where the specified neoplasm is metastatic. ! 11. The treatment method according to claim 1, where the specified neoplasm is selected from the group consisting of lung cancer, breast cancer, myeloma, prostate cancer, cancer of the head and neck, transitional cell carcinoma, small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix uteri and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix uterus. ! 12.
