Independent claims are also included for: (1) Urinal or toilet comprising a flushing device and (2) operating a flushing device comprising feeding the flushing water before into urinal or toilet through disinfection unit, and after actuation, the flushing unit, the electrochemical cell is supplied with electrical energy to prepare oxidizing agent during the flow rate of the flushing water.
