The bathroom purifies washing water from the sink, which is generated when people wash hands after using the urinal and flushing toilet, to store the washing water in a washing water collection tank, and sterilizes the purified washing water stored in the washing water collection tank with ultraviolet rays in order to store it in a ultraviolet ray sterilization tank. The bathroom also collects and purifies rainwater throughout the year and sterilizes them with ozone and ultraviolet rays in order to store them to the ultraviolet ray sterilization tank. The purified and sterilized washing water and rainwater stored in the ultraviolet ray sterilization tank are pumped with a circulating feed water pump to supply them to the flushing toilet so that the water can be used as washing water for the flushing toilet.
