More specifically, the apparatus for molding a fermented soybean block comprises: a main body which is formed in the shape of a table having a molding hole formed on an upper side to enable a fermented soybean block molding process to be performed a molding container which is moved on the upper side of the main body, is formed in the shape of a container having open upper and lower sides to allow fermented soybean block raw materials to be inserted therein, and has a closing plate which can be inserted in or separated from the inside of a lower portion a support which is installed above the main body to be separated from the main body and has both separated sides connected to the main body a molding cylinder which is installed on the support, is a cylinder operating in a vertical direction, and has a pressing body arranged on an end portion of a cylinder rod to press and mold the fermented soybean block raw materials inserted into the molding container and a separation cylinder which is installed on an installation unit of the main body, operates in a vertical direction, has an operation plate arranged on the end portion of the cylinder rod and located on the molding hole, and separates the molded fermented soybean block raw materials in the molding container and the closing plate from the molding container as the operation plate supports the fermented soybean block raw materials and the closing plate, when molding is performed by the molding cylinder, and operates upwards when the molding is finished. Molding of the fermented soybean block and discharging of the molded fermented soybean block from the fermented soybean block raw materials inserted in the molding container are automatically performed by the molding cylinder and the separation cylinder.
