FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology and oncourology. Percutaneous puncture approach is performed through an avascular region of Bradle at angle of 30° to a frontal plane of the kidney passing through the top of the fornix and the neck of the calyx to the pelvis, with installation of two string-conductors using a nephroscope with working channel 6 of the Charrier, combined with external tube 15–16 of the Charrier. Endoscopic control is followed by a laser light guide with diameter of 365 nm directly to the tumor and in the "Ablation" mode with wave energy of 1,200–1,800 mJ with frequency of 10–12 Hz. Tumor is captured with an extractor and removed with a single "en block" block through the lumen of the external tube. Operation is completed by installing arthropathum drainage 14 of the Charrier.EFFECT: method enables avoiding nephroureterectomy and performing program hemodialysis, obtaining a histological material of better quality, minimizing the volume of intraoperative blood loss, reducing the length of the operation, increasing the abstinence, thereby reducing the length of hospitalization and the cost of the treatment.1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
