PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position a frame and a bed while reducing warpage of a top panel.SOLUTION: An X-Ray computer tomography according to the present embodiment includes a frame 10, a bed 23, and a frame control circuit 35. The bed 23 includes an upper frame 61 and a lower frame 63. The upper frame 61 movably supports a top panel 51 on which a subject is placed in a longitudinal direction. The lower frame 63 movably supports the upper frame 61 in the longitudinal direction. The frame control circuit 35 controls tilt of the frame body 43, movement of the top panel 51 by the upper frame 61, and movement of the upper frame 61 by the lower frame 63.
