PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify an observation angle suitable for treatment.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit extracts blood vessel information from a three-dimensional medical image. From the blood vessel information, the processing circuit separates aneurysm from a derived blood vessel where the aneurysm is derived. The processing circuit creates a composite image superimposing the information on the overlapping of the derived blood vessel and the aneurysm at the time when the derived blood vessel and the aneurysm are projected in a predetermined visual line direction on a two-dimensional image which is the three-dimensional medical image observed from an observation angle corresponding to the predetermined visual line direction, and displays it on a display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】治療に適した観察角度を容易に同定すること。【解決手段】実施の形態の画像処理装置は、処理回路を備える。処理回路は、3次元医用画像から血管情報を抽出する。処理回路は、前記血管情報から、動脈瘤と前記動脈瘤が派生している派生血管とを分離する。処理回路は、前記3次元医用画像を所定の視線方向に対応する観察角度から観察した2次元画像に、前記派生血管と前記動脈瘤とを前記視線方向に投影した際の前記派生血管と前記動脈瘤との重なりに関する情報を重畳した合成画像を生成してディスプレイに表示させる。【選択図】図1
