The present invention relates to a medicinal herb extract using malt enzyme liquid and a preparation method thereof and, more specifically, to a preparation method of a medicinal herb extract having appetite improvement and immune enhancement effects and prepared by the steps of: making malt enzyme liquid and medicinal herbs react together； and making an extracting the malt enzyme liquid and medicinal herbs which are reacted together.
