The invention relates to traction and travel means, respectively, meant in particular to be used on unarranged terrains with low carrying capacity but also in other conditions. According to the invention, the traction effect and the travel effect, respectively, are carried out by the intake of air from the outer atmosphere, in the direction of travel, by a centrifugal fan () driven by an internal combustion engine (), by means of an intake hole (), rotating by 180° in the vertical plane, and discharge thereof into the atmosphere, in a direction opposite to the direction of travel, by means of one of the two discharge holes (), selected by means of a directing valve (), where the traction/travel means rests on the terrain by means of several pairs of wide drums (), free on their axles, provided with some braking washers ().Invenţia se referă la un mijloc de tractare, respectiv, deplasare, destinat în special utilizării pe terenuri cu portanţa redusă, neamenajate, dar şi în alte condiţii. La mijlocul de tractare/deplasare, conform invenţiei, efectul de tractare, respectiv, de deplasare se realizează prin aspiraţia aerului din atmosfera exterioară, din sensul de deplasare, de către un ventilator () centrifugal acţionat de un motor () cu combustie internă, prin intermediul unei guri () de aspiraţie, rotitoare cu 180° în plan vertical, şi refularea acestuia în atmosfera exterioară, în sens opus sensului de deplasare, prin intermediul uneia dintre cele două guri () de refulare, selectate cu ajutorul unei clapete () de dirijare, iar rezemarea pe teren a mijlocului de tractare/deplasare se realizează prin mai multe perechi de tambure () de lăţime mare, libere pe axe, prevăzute cu nişte şaibe () de frânare.
