The present invention is intended to prepare a topic composition in spray as a drug for stimulating salivation, which includes a saliva replacing agent and an anticariogenic agent of topic application in oral mucosa. The composition is useful for treating xerostomia, burning mouth syndrome (SBA), Sjögren syndrome (SS) and periodontal disease, also being used in other transitory, chronic or permanent physiological conditions, in which salivary glands dystrophy is detected, avoiding amongst other conditions, reflux, inadequate absorption of nutrients and infections, such as recurrent candidiasis and suppurative mumps.La presente invención tiene por objeto elaborar una composición tópica en aerosol para medicamento estimulante de salivación que integra un agente sustituto de saliva y un agente anticariogénico de aplicación tópica en la mucosa bucal. La composición es útil para el tratamiento de xerostomía, boca ardiente (SBA), síndrome de Sjögren (SS) y enfermedad periodontal, así como para otras condiciones fisiológicas transitorias, crónicas o permanentes, en las que exista distrofia de las glándulas salivales, evitando entre otras situaciones, reflujo, mala absorción de nutrientes e infecciones tales como candidiasis recurrente y parotiditis supurativa.
