Continuous system and procedure of sterilization and physical stabilization of pumpable fluids, food, or other type of fluids, through ultra-high pressure homogenization (UHPH) comprising a first heat exchanger 1 which preheats the fluid at temperature T p between 40 and 90 °C； an ultra-homogenizer 3 through which fluid at temperature T p is introduced at a pressure P u between 200 and 600MPa increasing its temperature up to a final value T u ； a second heat exchanger 4 where its cooling temperature is adjusted at value T e ； an aseptic tank 5 that receives the cooled down fluid at value T e , and from which it is pumped by sterile air pressure into an aseptic packaging machine, for the packaging of the final product.펌핑가능한 유체, 식품, 또는 다른 유형의 유체의 살균 및 물리적 안정화를 위한 연속 시스템과 방법은, 초고압 균질화(UHPH)를 통해 40℃ 내지 90℃ 사이의 온도(Tp)에서 유체를 예열하는 제 1 열 교환기와； 최종 값(Tu)까지 그 온도를 증가시키는 200 내지 600MPa 사이의 압력(Pu)에서 온도(Tp)에 있는 유체를 도입하는 초 균질화기(3)와； 그 냉각 온도가 값(Te)에서 조절되는 제 2 열교환기(4)와； 값(Te)에 있는 냉각된 유체를 수신하는 무균 탱크(5)를 포함하며, 이로부터 유체는 최종 제품을 패키징하기 위해 무균 포장 기계에 살균 공기 압력으로 펌핑되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
