An endoprosthesis (100) comprises a cranial section (102) having a substantially tubular structure configured to anchor and seal the endoprosthesis (100) within a vessel, and a caudal section having at least two legs (104,106) in fluid communication with the cranial section (102). The at least two legs (104,106) each comprise a plurality of stents (118) and a plurality of longitudinal struts (300) positioned between the plurality of stents (118). Graft material is attached to at least a portion of the cranial section (102) and to the at least two legs (104,106) thereby forming at least two fluid flow conduits.
