The present invention relates to fusion proteins comprising PVR and 4-1BBL and uses thereof. The fusion protein comprising PVR and 4-1BBL of the present invention activates T cells to increase the secretion of TNF-α, IFN-γ and Granzyme B, and thus can be usefully used as an immunostimulant and anticancer agent.본 발명은 PVR 및 4-1BBL을 포함하는 융합단백질 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PVR 및 4-1BBL을 포함하는 융합단백질은 T세포를 활성화 시켜 TNF-α, IFN-γ 및 Granzyme B의 분비를 증가시키므로, 면역증강제 및 항암제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
