PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the position (proximal reference) of the olecranon by a simple configuration and to accurately specify the position (distal reference) of an ulna-shaped projection in an X-ray measuring apparatus for forearms.SOLUTION: Rods 34L and 34R to be slid and moved are provided with elbow pads 30L and 30R and are further provided with X-ray markers 100 and 102. When the elbow pads 30L and 30R are slid and moved, the X-ray markers 100 and 102 are slid and moved accompanying that. From the position of the latter, the position (proximal reference position) of the former is specified. The horizontal part of the X-ray markers 100 and 102 is moved below an effective area. The position (distal reference position) of the ulna-shaped projection is specified by user specification on a transmission image or image analysis. From the reference positions, a measurement part is determined.
