PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of ligating/fixating tissues rapidly and reliably while being operable within a confined anatomical space through a minimally invasive approach.SOLUTION: An apparatus includes an outer tube 22, a thread 26 threaded through the outer tube, and at least one anchoring element 24 located inside the outer tube and configured to be inserted into the tissue from an outlet end of the outer tube.
