PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folic acid-containing beverage improved in solubility of a folic acid into a beverage without spoiling stability of the folic acid.
SOLUTION: The folic acid-containing beverage is such as to contain soybean dietary fiber and a folic acid. The folic acid is dissolved in the beverage in a concentration exceeding the solubility of the folic acid when no soybean dietary fiber is added to the beverage.
