The conjugate further contains folic acid conjugated to the gelatin. A method for preparing gelatin and conjugate containing the gelatin and oleic acid comprises: a step of dissolving the gelatin in water to prepare a solution containing gelatin and a step of adding colloidal water dispersion solution containing oleic acid and monoethanol amine to the solution containing gelatin.
