PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of confirming the connection condition of a pressure measuring line and a method of detecting a defective connection which prevents a bacteria elimination filter from getting wet at the time when pressure measuring lines are defectively connected, and easy to operate and sense, and an extrasomatic circulation circuit suitable for implementation of the methods and an extra somatic circulation apparatus suitable for implementation of a method of confirming the connection condition of the pressure measuring lines.

SOLUTION: The extrasomatic circulation circuit has: arterial and venous pressure measurement lines 7a and 7b destined to be pressure measurement lines valved connectors 9a and 9b, the valves of which open only during connection at a connection side terminal with arterial and venous pressure measurement sections 10a and 10b destined to be the pressure measuring means of the arterial and venous pressure measurement lines 7a and 7b and bacteria elimination filters 8a and 8b are connected to on the circuit side of the valved connectors 9a and 9b.
