PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood-pressure measurement device that is small sized, is easy to carry and uses a volume vibration method hardly affected by a surrounding environment, and provide a blood-pressure measurement program and a blood-pressure measurement method.SOLUTION: A blood-pressure measurement device comprises: a cuff; volume detection means for detecting an arterial volume signal; pressure detection means for detecting cuff pressure; and derivation control means 124 that executes derivation control for deriving blood pressure of a measured person on the basis of the arterial volume signal and the cuff pressure. The derivation control means includes: envelope curve extraction means 124a for extracting an envelope curve that serially connects only either a greatest or smallest point of arterial volume of each pulse wave component constituting plethysmogram based on the arterial volume signal; differential processing means 124b for using the cuff pressure to differentiate the envelope curve; maximum value extraction means 124c for extracting a maximum value of a differential value of the envelope curve; and blood pressure determination means 124d for determining at least systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure on the basis of the cuff pressure used in differentiating the maximum value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】小型で携帯し易く、且つ周囲の環境に影響を受けにくい容積振動法を利用した血圧測定装置、血圧測定プログラム及び血圧測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】血圧測定装置はカフと、動脈容積信号を検出するための容積検出手段と、カフ圧を検出するための圧力検出手段と、動脈容積信号及びカフ圧に基づいて、被測定者の血圧を導出するための導出制御を行なう導出制御手段124とを備え、導出制御手段は、動脈容積信号に基づく容積脈波を構成する各脈波成分の動脈容積最大点又は動脈容積最小点のいずれか一方のみを連続的に結んで成る包絡線を抽出するための包絡線抽出手段124aと、包絡線をカフ圧で微分するための微分処理手段124bと、包絡線の微分値の極大値を抽出するための極大値抽出手段124cと、極大値の微分に用いられたカフ圧に基づいて、少なくとも最高血圧及び最低血圧を決定するための血圧決定手段124dとを含む。【選択図】図3
