CONSTITUTION: A foldable seat(10) for a vehicle for the welfare for the handicapped comprises a pair of main frames(20), a pair of supporting frames(30), a pair of coupling brackets(40), a first and second seat plate support brackets(50), and a seat plate frame. The pair of main frames is built to be inclined on the bottom of a vehicle. The pair of supporting frames supports the main frames. The first and second seat plate support brackets are coupled with the coupling brackets respectively.
