It is a centromedullary nailing device (1) used for the reduction of fractures of the right bones of small animals comprising: - a guide body (2) consisting of a part with horizontal walls and an upright part (C) - an indexing rod (19) sliding in the vertical part of the guide (2) whose inverted V-shaped end (195) makes it possible to exert pressure on a triangular impression (35) located on a nail (3) introduced into the medullary canal of the bone and secured to the guide precisely - a clamping wheel (18) ensuring, by its rotation, the sliding of the rod (19) in the body of the guide (2) and allowing correlatively by the pressurization of the rod (19) on the nail (3) to immobilize the latter and come to lock "blind" using of screw (4), the purpose of this method (P) being to obtain a stable and solid locking of the nail and screws in the fractured bone re, the guide (2) being subsequently removed.Il s'agit d'un dispositif d'enclouage centro-médullaire (1) utilisé pour la réduction des fractures des os droits d'animaux de faible taille comprenant : - un corps de guide (2) composé d'une partie à parois horizontales et d'une partie verticale en forme de crosse (C) - une tige d'indexation (19) coulissant dans la partie verticale du guide (2) dont l'extrémité (195) en forme de V inversé permet d'exercer une pression sur une empreinte triangulaire (35) située sur un clou (3) introduit dans le canal médullaire de l'os et solidarisé au guide de manière précise - une molette de serrage (18) assurant, par sa mise en rotation, le coulissement de la tige (19) dans le corps du guide (2) et permettant corrélativement par la mise en pression de la tige (19) sur le clou (3) d'immobiliser ce dernier et de venir le verrouiller « en aveugle » à l'aide de vis (4), la finalité de ce procédé (P) étant d'obtenir un verrouillage stable et solide du clou et des vis dans l'os fracturé, le guide (2) étant ensuite retiré.
