Provided is an accessory clamp for receiving and engaging a portion of a structural member of an emergency cot. The accessory clamp comprises a main body and a handle pivotally connected to the main body at a pivot point. The handle comprises a distal portion that is distal from the pivot point and is rotatable relative to the main body about the pivot point, the distal portion including a distal inner portion. When the handle is rotated into a locked position, the main body and the handle form a receiving area therewithin configured to receive and engage the portion of the structural member. Further, in the receiving area, the main body comprises a receiving surface and a side surface that are each configured to receive and engage the portion of the structural member.
