A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-RBRM’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, upright growth, and a large flower characterized by a medium sized red eye which extends approximately 20 percent of petal length grading into a lavender zone through which radiates medium pink venation. The lavender zone fades to a light pink zone at the underlapping edge. The margin of the underlapping half of each petal is an uneven bright pink.
