The device (1) has an anchoring zone (2) provided with two legs (5, 6) and connected to another anchoring zone (3) by a central zone (4), where the device is in the shape of dissymmetrical H in folded position and dissymmetrical X in deployed position. One of two legs (7, 8) of the latter zone is in the shape of sickle and is 20 percent longer than the other three legs. The sickle shaped leg has two straight portions (81, 83) connected by a bent portion (82), and a foot (84) prolonging one of the straight portions, where the device is made of elastic, super elastic or shape memory material.Dispositif (1) d'ostéosynthèse comportant une première zone d'ancrage (2) et une seconde zone d'ancrage (3) reliées par une zone centrale (4) remarquable en ce que la première zone d'ancrage (2) et la seconde zone d'ancrage (3) sont constituées respectivement de deux pattes (5,6,7,8) chacune, une première patte (5) et une seconde patte (6) pour la première zone d'ancrage (2) et une troisième patte (7) et une quatrième patte (8) pour la seconde zone d'ancrage, la quatrième patte (8) étant plus longue que les trois autres.
