The present invention relates to novel therapeutic compounds against Huntington's chorea. More particularly, the invention relates to an isolated peptide having a size of less than 100 amino acids and comprising: a first sequence having at least 80% identity with the AASSG sequence (SEQ ID No. 1), or a second sequence having at least 80% identity with the sequence XAGXDXXTEXPXS (SEQ ID NO: 2), wherein X is any amino acid. The present invention also relates to the use of an isolated peptide having a size less than 200 amino acids and having the sequence or sequences defined above, as a drug.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés thérapeutiques contre la chorée de Huntington. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un peptide isolé présentant une taille inférieure à 100 acides aminés et comportant : - une première séquence présentant au moins 80% d'identité avec la séquence AASSG (SEQ ID N°1 ), ou - une seconde séquence présentant au moins 80% d'identité avec la séquence XAGXDXXTEXPXS (SEQ ID N°2), dans laquelle X désigne un acide aminé quelconque. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un peptide isolé présentant une taille inférieure à 200 acides aminés et comportant la ou les séquences définies ci-avant, en tant que médicament.
