a method for preparing an itraconazole preparation comprises dissolving a mixture of itraconzole and L-ascorbic acid with a mixed solvent of dishloorethanc an methanol, adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and pluonic F- 127 and then dichlmethane to obtain a raw material solution, feeding carbon dioxide, through a pressure regulating valve, into a crystallization autoclave in a supercritical fluid crystallization equipment system, spraying the solution into the crystallization autoclave via a spray nozzle, separating out composite particles from the solution and collecting the same at the bottom of the crystallization autoclave, and encapsulating out composite particles to obtain the itraconazole preparation with decreased particle size and increased bioavailability.
