The invention relates to a sustained-release nanofiber containing a thermo-sensitive material and a method for making the same. The method comprises preparing a plurality of latex particles dissolving a thermo-sensitive material in a methanol solution and adding the plurality of latex particles to form a mixed solution and then making the mixed solution into a nanofiber by electrospinning and using a heat-drying way to crosslink the nanotiber at the temperature of 110 ℃, so as to make a sustained-release nanofiber containing the thermo-sensitive material.
