PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and unique method for regenerating tooth tissue after pulpectomy or after root canal enlargement and cleaning of an infected root canal.SOLUTION: After pulpectomy or after root canal enlargement and cleaning of the infected root canal of an objective tooth 100, a root canal filler 200, having cells 220 including dental pulp stem cells and an extracellular matrix 210 to which cells including dental pulp stem cells are attached, is injected to the root apex-side of the root canal. The cells including dental pulp step cells include at least any one of dental pulp SP cells, D31-negative and CD146-negative cells, CD24 positive-cells, CD105 positive cells, and CD150 positive-cells. The dental pulp SP cells are, for example, CD31 negative and CD146 negative. Even in the case of pulpitis caused by deep dental caries, the regeneration of dental pulp and the recovery of dental pulp function can be properly achieved.【課題】抜髄後又は感染根管の根管拡大清掃後、歯組織の再生を図る新規かつ独創的な歯組織再生方法を提供する。【解決手段】対象となる歯１００に対して、抜髄後又は感染根管の根管拡大清掃後、根管の根尖側に、歯髄幹細胞を含む細胞２２０と、歯髄幹細胞を含む細胞を付着させた細胞外基質２１０とを有する根管充填材２００を注入する。歯髄幹細胞を含む細胞は、歯髄ＳＰ細胞、ＣＤ３１陰性かつＣＤ１４６陰性細胞、ＣＤ２４陽性細胞、ＣＤ１０５陽性細胞、若しくは、ＣＤ１５０陽性細胞のうち少なくとも何れか一つを含む。歯髄ＳＰ細胞は、例えば、ＣＤ３１陰性かつＣＤ１４６陰性である。深いう蝕で歯髄炎を生じている場合でも、適切に歯髄再生及び歯髄機能の回復が可能である。【選択図】図１Ｆ
