The present invention provides an ectopic membrane or ear canal regenerant comprising a gelatin sponge carrying a basic fibroblast growth factor (bfgf) and combined with a coating material. The coating material is used not only to fix the gelatin sponge to the affected part but also to provide a preferable culture environment in regenerated tissues separated from the outside by preventing drying and infection. In order to promote the regeneration of the tissue, the margin of the eardrum or ear canal defect is preferably preliminarily drawn.본 발명은 염기성 섬유아세포 증식인자(bfgf)를 담지한 젤라틴 스펀지를 함유하고, 피복재료와 조합해서 이루어지는 고막 또는 외이도 재생제를 제공한다. 상기 피복재료는 젤라틴 스펀지의 환부로의 고정뿐만 아니라, 건조나 감염을 방지하여 외부와는 분리된 재생조직에 있어서 바람직한 배양환경을 제공하는 목적으로 사용된다. 조직의 재생을 촉진하기 위해서 바람직하게는, 고막 또는 외이도 결손의 변연부는 미리 신선화되어 있다.
